Nettelhorst.edu

The Nettelhorst School is a Chicago Public School located in the East Lakeview neighborhood. Many of the neighborhood’s parents got together to turn the school around and get the community actively involved in making it a quality school for the neighborhood kids. Creating the school’s website was my contribution to helping the school. The look and feel of the site was meant to resemble construction paper and was kept very simple. I wanted the information to be very easy to get to and fast. There are also sections for the community group efforts and the afterschool classes and programs offered at the school through Jane’s Place.
