3121 Promo

I worked on a lot of promo material for Prince’s 3121 CD, including posters, buttons, merch, banners, billboards, and whatever else we could come up with. I especially like the 3121 long-sleeve shirts I worked on. It stretched past the typical t-shirt comfort zone just a little bit more than Prince typically did. We could have pushed it more but I’m glad I got away with that much. These are some of the original mock-ups I made to present my ideas before we got them manufactured. I often created a mock-up with a model because Prince wanted to see what the final product would look like on a real person.

UPDATE: Sony/Legacy partnered with the Prince Estate to reissue this classic Prince album, using all of my original artwork and bundled with products I created during the same era.
